CAN-SPAM Notice
This notice outlines how Kronos Digital Strategies ("Kronos") designs prospecting programs that comply with the U.S. Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (CAN-SPAM).
Sender identity & consent posture
Every outbound campaign clearly identifies the client on whose behalf communications are sent. From and reply-to addresses map to authenticated client domains, and subject lines accurately represent the body content. Kronos honors existing opt-outs, maintains suppression lists, and only emails business contacts with a demonstrable legitimate interest.
Opt-out fulfillment
All emails contain a working one-click unsubscribe link or equivalent preference center. Opt-out requests are processed within 48 hours and recorded in shared suppression tables that permanently prevent future sends. Manual requests received via reply, phone, or web form are logged and actioned within the same window.
Message accuracy
Creative reviews verify that claims, offers, and pricing details are accurate and reflect current client capabilities. Physical mailing addresses and service disclaimers appear in the footer of each outreach email.
Monitoring & enforcement
Kronos deploys seed lists, deliverability monitoring, and automated audits to confirm compliance. Any partner or vendor found violating CAN-SPAM standards is suspended pending remediation. Violations are reported to clients alongside corrective actions.
