Legal Terms
These Legal Terms ("Terms") govern access to and use of Kronos Digital Strategies services and assets. By engaging Kronos, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Engagement scope
Services include data sourcing, outreach operations, campaign optimization, and reporting as outlined in applicable statements of work (SOWs). Any additional services require written agreement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate program requirements, target account criteria, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain lawful authority to process personal data supplied to Kronos.
- Review and approve messaging, localization, and compliance requirements.
- Respond promptly to performance, security, or legal inquiries.
Compliance & deliverability
Kronos aligns operations with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PDPA, Privacy Act (AU), CASL, and other applicable regulations. We maintain suppression lists and authenticated sending infrastructure.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to safeguard non-public information disclosed during the engagement and to use it solely for providing or receiving services. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
Intellectual property
Clients retain ownership of their data and trademarks. Kronos retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies and tooling. Deliverables developed specifically for a client become the client’s property upon payment unless stated otherwise in the SOW.
Fees & payment
Invoices are due within the timeframe stated in the SOW. Payment terms, credits, and any late-payment provisions are defined per SOW.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kronos is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months for the relevant services.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice as provided in the SOW. Upon termination, outstanding fees become due and suppression obligations remain in effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Updates
We may update these Terms to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
