PIPL Notice
This notice summarises how Kronos Digital Strategies ("Kronos") supports compliance with the People's Republic of China Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) when engaging Mainland Chinese prospects.
Scope & consent
Kronos engages only business contacts relevant to client offerings and records explicit or deemable consent before initiating outreach. Collection notices describe purposes, contact methods, and withdrawal mechanisms in Mandarin where appropriate.

Cross-border transfers
International transfers undergo security assessments and use standard contracts or government-approved frameworks. Clients receive transparency into transfer destinations and safeguards.
Individual rights & redress
Kronos supports access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and copy requests. Dedicated Mandarin-language support routes requests to privacy@kronosdigital.agency for acknowledgement within 10 business days.
Governance & security
Kronos maintains personal information impact assessments, incident response plans, and staff training aligned to PIPL Articles 51-56. Third-party processors sign data processing agreements defining responsibilities and breach notification obligations.
